How to tie a Karate Belt - Step by Step Guide

Step 1

Start with one end of the belt and place it near the navel.
This end will remain static for most of the belt tying procedure.

Hold one end in place and wind the other, long end around your body.

Place the long end over the short end while holding the short end in place in the center of your body.

Bring the long end towards the center.
